Business response:
Andrew Schwartz, I am very sorry to hear about your experience. This does not how you should have been treated. We are happy to have all guests at our tables no matte what they wish to order. If you wish, please email me directly at sarah@capitalalehouse.com so that I can make it up to you. It would be very helpful if I could gather a few more details so that I can insure that this does not happen again! Thank you in advance and thank you for letting us know ! -Sarah Quinn

Business response:
GayLynn, thank you for your feedback! I'm sorry to hear that your food hasn't been up to the standards you've experience in the past. We strive to give our guests the highest quality of food every time, and it sounds like we fell a little short of this. Please email me at emily@capitalalehouse.com so we can figure out a way to make this up to you. Cheers! – Emily Howell, Public Relations & Marketing Manager
