I completed the service for my VW and appreciated the experience. The most important factor is that they honor their word: I called for a quote, arrived at the dealership, and received a different figure, yet they respected the earlier estimate. This builds substantial trust. The work was excellent, fast and professional. I look forward to returning there instead of choosing other locations.
Bought a car from them and one of the keys didn't work. I had to waste my time to go back in person to get a new key. All they offered was gas, they should have offered a free oil change. That dealership was 120 minutes away from my house.
Service has been fast and easy. My buzz was fixed faster than expected and James kept me updated on the status.
I called more than a few times & kept getting told I would get a call back from finance, never happened. Started getting frustrated & asked LESLIE (RECEPTIONIST) to make sure someone was in the office before releasing my call ... she quietly laughed & I caught it. Nick Colucci, the sales manager, is extremely easy to work with and goes above and beyond to make you happy. Buddy, our sales consultant, was equally as impressive.
