If I can give you guys 10 stars, I don’t hesitate, Very good customer service, easy and fast process.Buddy was so kind and an expert and he explained to me everything about the car. I recommend Buddy as a salesman.
I’m so dissapointed, Capistrano Volkswagen has very nice service advisors, but they lack following back with customers. I brought my car in for 10,000 service multi point vehicle inspection/oil change appt. 7:45am I was told car would be ready way before 2pm never got a call to let me know, and when I called twice I waited over 11 min and 5 min to be hung up on. So I had my son bring me and only one service advisor was available and he was very apologetic but still not ok. You all need to try to do better. I dislike having t... read more
The only dealership I’ll ever do business with again, it was that good. Every single staff member was kind, respectful, and knowledgeable. Getting a new car typically isn’t a fun day but these guys have completely changed my perspective and made it so easy, simple, and seamless. I actually felt like the luckiest girl in the world that on a hunch I decided to go to this dealership. If you’re considering going with this location … just go for it. Bet you’ll be so impressed you’ll want to leave them a review too !
