They could start by answering their phones. Been trying to get ahold of them for over two weeks, almost daily. Plus, they do not seem to return calls. I am military and need storage when I PCS, so I don't have time for their telephonic convenience.

I set up an auto pay with them. Recently they have posted late and charged me a late fee even though it was them who were late. When I complained, they promised a refund. There was no refund posted to my credit card. When I complained again, they re-Wrote my bill to reflect no late charges, but still no refund. They owe me $45.00 and now do not return my calls. I do not know if they are just incompetent or dishonest, but either way it seems that there is no way to recover my money that they have in effect cheated me out of.
Knowing we were on our way the guy decided to leave to take his child to the school for a game had us there for about good 45 min.
