Tengo viviendo aquí 7 años y nunca habia tenido problemas, hasta que entro la nueva manager, ella nos esta cobrando 50 dlls a los que tenemos camaras dentro del apartment porque segun ella estamos violando el contrato, cuando el contrato dice que se puede tener camaras siempre y cuando sea dentro y no fuera del apartment, y aparte la manager anterior nos dio permiso de poner las por seguridad, ya que estaban pasando algunas cosas feas aqui. Its funny really seeing how quick they are to give you a fine for any reason no matter how big or small instead of providing "the best living conditions at an "AFFORDABLE PRICE"". They never fix any of the issues inside the apartments and take their sweet time in doing so.
Ive been living here for almost 3 years now and I can't wait to move out all the appliances are old something is always breaking down they take forever to get things fixed if its not a priority they will not fix it also instead of them replacing the appliances with new ones they keep fixing the same ones and they keep breaking down! Also if you have an emergency they dont even answer right now im without hot water due to them turning on the heaters and they did something wrong that caused my hot water not to work I got kids ... read more
Everything within the apartment is never working: Washer&dryer, dishwasher, lights, doors. They have yet to fix them.
