This was my first time renting the property manager was very welcoming and helpful. Apartments in great condition the community quiet , clean. My kids and I enjoyed the pools and local park near by. For any maintenance this was responded quickly with no issues. A safe place and always staff available for any support.
Just signed my lease here yesterday. Dayana, the leasing agent, was very helpful and accommodating. She walked us through everything and even let us come in a day early when our schedule changed abruptly. She was super patient and friendly, giving us all the local info and helpful tips for the property. The apartment is cute and conveniently located. Looking forward to getting settled and enjoying my time at Capistrano Gardens!!!
