I lived at Capistrano apts for around 2 years great atmosphere and great experience with management. They were very attentive and prompt with whatever I needed. Pool and spa were always clean as well as the outside areas. The reason why I left is to move to my own home if not I would still be there
Yvette the leasing agent was phenomenal. I rushed out to tour the complext because of her professionalism and excitement over the phone. Once I arrived, she treated me like we had been friends for years. She was patient and showed me what was available and the amentiies. Who goes out of their way for a potential resident on a Friday before quitting time and offered coffee and a great snack. Yvette you are the BEST!!!! I pray a raise is coming your way swiftly.
I've lived here for just about 2 years and I'm very happy with my experience. If you're looking for a place to call home, Capistrano Gardens is a great option. Clean grounds, quiet peaceful living environment, and well managed.
PLEASE READ THE YELP REVIEWS - Do not rent at Capistrano Garden Apartments. My experience was a nightmare, and I wouldn't wish it on anyone. For over four years, I dealt with neglect, unprofessionalism, and outright hostility from the property manager, Yvette Gonzalez. My apartment had a leaking window for three years, which she refused to repair after I reached out to her corporate office. I have nothing but good things to say about my time here. Living next to a golf course and church helped me to pray for birdies. The culture is very chill. Yvette the leasing manager was just amazing. Sometimes when you're in trouble and you have no one to rely on, you survive pretty much on the kindness of others. Yvette was that person for me.
