I got my truck in for it’s required service and ordered some warranty parts and I’m waiting for them to call me back if they have the parts in great job so far.
Although it took 2 trips to figure out that my battery needed to be replaced, Lee took responsibility for making sure the battery was checked at a deeper level the second time, and he made sure that I had a rental car because he knew that I had to go into my office today. It helped that my battery was under warranty.
Service was fast and they gave info on possible future issues.
