Friendly and efficient service every time! Had another excellent service experience last month down at Capistrano Ford. They are super efficient and friendly. They listened to my concerns, checked everything out, and I feel comfortable knowing that my car is well maintained.
This is the worst service department I have ever been to. I checked my car in with Kirby. A week later still no word. I called and had to chase this guy down, just to find out they haven't even looked at it yet. I wound up having the vehicle towed after Ford wanted $ 12000 for a replacement motor . What a total rip-off. These idiots must have thought I was born yesterday. I'm 56 and know that is a ripoff price. I called Chris Brown at Sunwrench Motor Werks in Mission Viejo. The service department here is amazing. I’ve brought my cars here and I leave extremely happy each time. I can’t say enough good things about Bob, Matt and Lee in service but I’ve worked with all of them and there all exceptional! I always receive quality work, good pricing and constant calls to update me on the status of my car. I won’t go anywhere else. And by the way, ask about their prepaid vehicle maintenance plan. It’s a great money saver and helps me remember I need to bring my car in. Awesome place!
