The maintenance guy is great but edwin and his lazy team that painters are horrible. They also strip the plants of their beauty and are horrible gardeners. Besides that I love this place. Laurie is a great landlord and very hands on with activities for our little community. It is very family friendly and all the kids play and swim together. I'm sad that I'm moving out of state because this community has become a home. I highly recommend Capistrano Apts.

I have been here for 4 years and I can say I love it here management is great! Everything is always so clean and picked up nicely!! Never had any problems I would recommend this to anyone with kids or not! Best apartments here in Camarillo !!!!
Great area, convenient location, great neighbors and the best manager ever!...😁😇🇺🇸...UPDATE!!! It's becoming loud and ghetto. People partying 4 feet in front of your window. Kids not being watched ripping Apart my garden. It's getting old and nobody does anything about it! I want to keep a friendly environment but if it continues to happen I guess it won't be. When the landlord does tell people to quiet down they yell at her and continue with there day!
