I recently moved out after living here for two years, and I wanted to leave a review for anyone considering moving in. This was truly a wonderful place to live, and a huge reason for that was the property manager, Laurie. Laurie consistently goes above and beyond for the residents. Any time I needed assistance or had a maintenance issue, she made sure it was taken care of quickly and professionally. The maintenance guy is great but edwin and his lazy team that painters are horrible. They also strip the plants of their beauty and are horrible gardeners. Besides that I love this place. Laurie is a great landlord and very hands on with activities for our little community. It is very family friendly and all the kids play and swim together. I'm sad that I'm moving out of state because this community has become a home. I highly recommend Capistrano Apts.

I have been here for 4 years and I can say I love it here management is great! Everything is always so clean and picked up nicely!! Never had any problems I would recommend this to anyone with kids or not! Best apartments here in Camarillo !!!!
