My insurance company recommended Capezio for water damage repairs. Their estimator scheduled a walkthrough with me, but never showed up. No call, no heads-up, nothing - despite me rearranging my work schedule to be home. When I contacted the office to report the no-show, I waited hours for a response, only to receive a blunt: 'Sorry for the inconvenience.' Extremely disappointing communication and a total lack of respect for a client's time.

Capezio was great to work with. They helped walk us through the process of filing a claim w our insurance company and the adjustments process. Our project manager, John, was helpful and easy to communicate with. He listened to what we wanted and helped make it happen as quickly as possible. When we wanted a sightly different flooring color, John and his team made an extra effort to find something that matched within our budget. Overall, very satisfied with the result!

These guys weren't just terrific contractors, they were craftsmen. I cannot even tell where the original ceiling damage was in either the kitchen or the bedroom. 100% satisfied! Thanks Butch et al. Professional. Courteous. Communicative.
