I agree with ***** ** My contract was signed in 2018, remove my deck and install a 3 season porch. Finally, in 2019, the week before Memorial Day, excavation was started. My 3 season is still not finished, the roof has been leaking. I would never, ever hire this company.

The contract was signed in August of 2018, the customer at the time appeared very friendly and told us there was no rush. We applied for the building permit which took longer than expected we had to provide necessary drawings and such. After the project was complete the customer did call to explain there were some issues of leaking happening, every time she called we filled out a service call request to have it addressed. Poor Quality Porch restoration done in 2013
A contract was signed with the company to replace a porch and skirting on my home on 6 June 2018 with a start date of 4 to 6 weeks. I called on 12 July to confirm the start date and was informed that because of employee shortages an additional 2 weeks would be necessary. I called on 24 July an was informed by the answering service that the office manager was on vacation and the owner had a medical procedure. I agree with the customer about the installation delays.....our company is a little out of sorts right now due to the lack of experienced installers which we are desperately seeking. I would not send someone inexperienced to a job site to provide anything less than a satisfactory job. Also, the owner had to have an unexpected necessary surgery and I'm trying plan the installation schedule the best I can without his assistance so he has proper time needed to heal.
