I absolutely loved the woman that did all my intake forms and help me with an appointment. Her name is Tracy I give her 10 out of 10 I have my appointments very quickly. This is by far the best mental healthcare that I have received and she made everything go smoothly.
Twice now they have said my husband owes more than what his copay is. We are aware of the price of our copay’s and you keep trying to charge more. Today it says $50 when we know for a fact it’s $30. Very stretchy….
Very poor customer service, providers are nice. Reception needs an upgrade or an attitude adjustment. All around an ok place. Still not the best and would not recommend unfortunately. Will be staying until I find new care.
I couldn't be happier with the care received. My provider takes a lot of care and pride is providing treatment. The assistance, intake and follow up service by their referral coordinator Tracy was amazing. It really set the tone for my continued care.
I have been "seen" virtually by Capeside for almost 3 months. They called me the SAME DAY- my pcp placed my referral, I was shocked! I got an appointments scheduled very quickly, and was seen within 2 weeks. Getting appointments and being seen on time is big plus. A few things I wish they could improve on- getting direct messages to my Doctor in the portol: like she has advised me to in my visits.
