I was referred to this practice by a family member because I wanted help healing from past trauma and managing my mental health. My first one-hour appointment with Tammy Wright was wonderful. Usually do not post reviews but since this regarding people in their most vulnerable states trying to get help, I felt there was a need to say something. I am not going to specifics because it is something personal. I went here because I was referred to here by Tricare. First visit required intake and I only talked to the provider for an hour, they “diagnosed” me with 3 different things. I absolutely loved the woman that did all my intake forms and help me with an appointment. Her name is Tracy I give her 10 out of 10 I have my appointments very quickly. This is by far the best mental healthcare that I have received and she made everything go smoothly.

Twice now they have said my husband owes more than what his copay is. We are aware of the price of our copay’s and you keep trying to charge more. Today it says $50 when we know for a fact it’s $30. Very stretchy….

Very poor customer service, providers are nice. Reception needs an upgrade or an attitude adjustment. All around an ok place. Still not the best and would not recommend unfortunately. Will be staying until I find new care.
