Earlier this week, I posted a photo on Swann's Used Furniture and Antiques about buying local. I like to put my money where my mouth is. Tonight, we began dinner with an appetizer of Bayou Labatre oysters with butter garlic and Parmesan cheese. Then came North Carolina rainbow trout pan seared in butter with freshly cracked pepper and pink Himalayan salt.
