When our furnace quit right before the holidays, Shawn with Capes was a godsend. He responded promptly & quoted us lower than other local, larger companies. We needed to replace both furnace and AC units, but we agreed to wait until warmer weather for the AC install. When spring rolled around, he became more challenging to get in touch with. Shawn always responds right away and always tries to fit you in asap. Our heater stopped working 1 day before the coldest day of the year in December, Shawn came the next morning and had it up and running again in minutes. Always super quick! Highly recommend!!
