DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT!!!!!! live here. I am ending my lease after two years because I can find a better place that's cheaper and better upkept. Way to expensive and they don't care about their tenants at all!! Every work order Ive had to call in multiple times to get the job completed. My dryer has been broken for 2 weeks and has still yet to be fixed. The staff is rude and the only nice one is Sarah. Live elsewhere don't waste your time.
Obviously there are issues if they can’t even occasionally post on their on FB page. The staff, overall, is ill-qualified and rude. They are under new ownership and the staff do nothing to tend to basic tenant inquiries. If they dont know the answer, they give fake answers. Recently, I witnessed two long-time tenants letting their small children swim in the pool and hot tub with heads filled with lice, I reported it to Libier Montejano in the front office and she literally had no idea what to do.
