Would be -1 star if I could! I don’t even know where to begin; drove over an hour to get there, walk in to The dirtiest doctors office I have ever seen, put my better judgment aside and checked my daughter in.. thinking if they were referred by a hospital that it would be a decent place only to arrive 15 minutes early and end up being left in a room for over an hour still no one came in and that’s when I decided to walk out!
They help soo much to see the light of the tunnel been struggling to get my daughter tested for Autism because due to insurance or long waitlist.Here they were fast,friendly,and on their game with appointments getting stuff you need done.They are very responsive and work very hard diligently to help you any way possible.They also have multiple offices so you can always find an appointment in any location if one isn’t available.
This office is absolutely ATROCIOUS and UNPROFESSIONAL! You can never get ahold of anybody and leaving a message is a joke because they don’t ever call you back. They dropped the ball on getting back to our pharmacy for our child’s prescription as well as getting her MRI orders sent over and I had to track all that down myself and stay a thorn in their side to get anything done properly. The office staff from both locations is appalling. My son was seen Saturday for a telehealth to review blood work and was told it looks like he has Lupus. Since then I was scheduled for another telehealth on Tuesday which they failed to perform. My son is in dire pain waiting for the doctor Eric Vernier to prescribe him something. In the mean time I take him to St Joseph hospital and they could not help him. The provider needs to fire the complete staff and rehire a new one.Update.
