A lot of people told me not to use this person/company… I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. I should’ve listened. I had a very negative experience with this business. The owner was unprofessional and disgustingly rude. Communication was extremely poor only AFTER I gave my deposit. I left feeling disrespected and frustrated. We rented a townhouse that was managed by Capner and Co. They were really hard to get a hold of and sometimes we would get a rude response from them. The real problems were after we moved out. There was no word on when our deposit would come back and the financial side of the company did not know that we had even moved and was still trying to bill us.
