They are horrible to work with. Take forever to respond. When they fix things they do it super cheep so then it breaks again. Oh and when they say they’ll work with you they don’t really mean it.
Best options when it comes to rental housing in Box Elder County. Holly and Jordan are extremely helpful and considerate.
We have lived in the Aspens Ridge Townhouses for about 1.5 yrs and rent from Capener & Company. We have loved living in this community so much! So kid friendly, LOVE our neighbors, and we are so sad to go. When we have had problems, Holly and Jordan at Capener and co have always been extremely helpful and have always solved the problem! We definitely recommend anyone who is looking for a place, to check out their townhouses to rent!
Tried to work on a real estate deal with this company and was very disappointed. Lack of communication, very frustrated and rude responses, and disorganization are a few reasons that I went elsewhere. Micah, the owner, was less than kind and acted like we were wasting his time. Not recommended.
This rental agency is terrible. First people to rent new town home. Refrigerator did not work took them 3 months to get it replaced. Door bell you could smell burning every time someone used it. Finally went out they never fixed. Construction was terrible on house. Bugs in one window clean window well next day full of bugs. Never give us are deposit back. Month to month agreement gave them a month they said 60 day notice. Worst landlord ever. Do not rent from this place.
