I stumbled upon Capelos years ago looking for an inspection and I haven't looked back since. I travel from Andover to get my car serviced here, because every single time hands down Shawn, Jeremy and crew take care of us. They give it to you straight, no swindle. They are honest, knowledgeable and we can't speak highly enough of them!
Had nothing but great experiences with these guys. They're honest about what needs to be done and have never once tried to gouge me or do anything sketchy. Also really appreciate how polite and reasonable they are to talk to. Nothing bugs me more than being talked down to by some old dude who thinks he’s smarter than me cause he can fix my car. I get explanations from them that a reasonable person can understand, and don’t come tinged with condescension that I don’t live up to a 1950s standard of masculinity. Been going here... read more
