They put some serum in my hair that resulted it to become matted entangled out of all the years and different professionals my hair has never been that Tangled before in my life how to go all the way to Massachusetts to a professional to detangle my head and a chair for 3 hours, will not be coming back ever again
If you go with a coupon ... they will charge extra, no matter what! Run away from that place! Horrible experience !!! I agree with S Benítez ... CLASSLESS PERSONNEL !!!!
You get what you pay for! I went here once and not sure I ever want to go back. The haircut was decent, the price was less than $20. However, the service was not the best compared to other places I have been to.
