My daughter just came in today for her birthday to get a haircut. She was really excited. The stylist rushed through her cut, told her to just let it air dry, didn't style it at all and charged us $35. It turned out sloppy and terrible and now my daughter is feeling so bad about herself! Shame on you!!! If you don't have time to take appointments (this one was booked over a week ago btw) then don't take them. Don't just rush through and ruin people's hair!!! They did my 2 year old son’s first haircut and he loved it. Went around for 2 weeks straight showing off his hair. I went after I had hip surgery for a haircut, they were so patient even when my son kept running back to the shampoo bowl to check on me. I loved my haircut after and my son had to tell everyone about my haircut for a week. I would go back for me and my family anytime.
