I cannot say enough wonderful things about Capelli hair salon in White Plains! Pedro is truly the only stylist who has ever understood my curly hair and transformed it in a way that made it healthier, more manageable, and absolutely beautiful. I had been going to Pedro for a couple of years. I went this Tuesday for lowlights and paid $620 and had no more highlights or lowlights my hair was all one color, black and when I told him this he told me not to come back. This was very disappointing and not how you do business so know that when you’re nit happy he will just tell you not to return.
