I’ve had a little hair PTSD from horrible hack jobs which have damaged my hair and terrible color application that turned my hair purple and orange from a different salon in the past. So when I came here I was slightly terrified, but Jaclyn did such an impressive and amazing job on my color and cut that my jaw dropped. My wife had her hair cut by Alexis Guinn. She gave them a very specific design, asking if they could accomplish this prior to taking on the work. She spent 4 hours at the salon, and the hair design looked like every other cut she had ever had. Nothing like the pictures she showed them. The cost was astronomical for not having the desired desired. After the fact, the barber was very hostile, only giving some refund due to the owner forcing the issue.
