They not only picked up the seven rugs that had binding issues, but replaced them with new, beautiful rugs. They also delivered them and brought the old rugs back at no charge. The two men who delivered the rugs were prompt, polite, kind, organized, and helpful. They moved all of our furniture, picked up all seven rugs, placed the new pads and rugs down and made sure that the rugs were completely centered and the furniture put back just as it was. We bought a wool rug on December 30 and returned it on July 1. Both the purchase experience and the return were what we expected from a NC business that has been around for years. The employees and management were helpful to us in selecting a carpet and just as kind when we returned it and in refunding our money. I don't think one can ask more from a merchant.
Good customer service! I purchased two area rugs two years apart and was very pleased in their help to make them coordinate. Their policy of allowing you to take them home and return if not the right one is very helpful. Their suggestions worked out well and I'm very pleased with the quality, price (they had a great sale going), and customer service.
