We bought a wool rug on December 30 and returned it on July 1. Both the purchase experience and the return were what we expected from a NC business that has been around for years. The employees and management were helpful to us in selecting a carpet and just as kind when we returned it and in refunding our money. I don't think one can ask more from a merchant.
Good customer service! I purchased two area rugs two years apart and was very pleased in their help to make them coordinate. Their policy of allowing you to take them home and return if not the right one is very helpful. Their suggestions worked out well and I'm very pleased with the quality, price (they had a great sale going), and customer service.
