The rug I bought here looks good and is good quality. THe service was helpful and courteous.

One of my rug's colors ran when washed, refunded without question. 25+ years later and the rugs have held up beautifully, through dogs and years of wear. A+ seller.

I just bought 3 rugs and beyond loving my rugs, the experience of looking was even better! Justin and Gregory are well knowledges and exceedingly nice!! I never felt rushed or ripped off as they both took the time to educate us on such a big decision (as it should be!) I'm sorry I didn't stop by this place (locally owned!) 15 years ago
Beautiful and authentic rugs and knowledgeable staff. Gregg is helpful, not pushy, and quick to let you know they work on the "holler" system. If you need something, holler and they will come to you, otherwise they let you look all you want! What a wonderful store.
