The first several times we had them clean our windows, they did a fantastic job. This time, the guy broke my window, left chunks of stuff & cobwebs in the tracks & in the sills, and left one window with the rubber seal coming out that holds in the screen. The owner of this company Robert is very unprofessional after using his services for three years and charging me the same price, he sent his cleaner out today same person Mark and apparently his only employee to clean. After finishing his work he handed me a bill with an increase without prior notice. I called him to discuss why he didn’t as a courtesy let me know that he had gone up on his price and left it up to poor Mark to tell me at the time of completion of the job.
