Salesman sold me a simple part, marked up way above market ($95 online, $191 here) which I get, you can’t expect them to compete directly w online warehouses. He even said it was very expensive when he sold it. When I tried to return it the next day he declined saying no returns, and that its printed on the invoice- fair enough, it was right there. The guys working were rude.
2025 November 26 Stopped in today for some replacement HVAC metal grills for our existing ductwork. While they didn't have in stock everything we required, they still had some. For HVAC supplies, I would recommend Cape Winair
