The manager, Caroline, shares details about tenants/former tenants that should stay private. She gives disconnected numbers to those who want to speak with someone other than her. She lies to potential renters that she doesn't like about why their application is rejected. They really need someone who will be truthful and not share personal details with current renters and others.

If you have children you do not want to live here. The kids aren’t allowed on the sidewalk at all. Can’t ride bikes, play with cars, play with any toys on the sidewalks, even little cars! There’s a tiny swing set and basketball court across the parking lot. That’s where they are allowed to play, across the parking lot, where they could EASILY be hit by a car and far away from the parents apartment. They really need a manager that can deal with tenants and others in a professional manner, not one who tells you that the rule is that kids are to be in bed by 9 and one who is not snotty with you when you're trying to communicate about problems. Kids cannot relax and play there. If you don't want children to play, maybe turn the complex into a place meant for the elderly.
