Great place!
Shouldn't be advertised as a 'luxury' escape at all. Our room had cockroaches (one landed on me whilst I was reading in bed and another crawled on my finger as I reached for my water bottle). The bathroom had ants everywhere - on the face towels, around the basin, floor. The only staff member we had anything to do with was Chris who helped us with our bags when we were checking out - he was cool. We liked that there was absolutely no phone network and no WiFi but this might not suit everybody.
I gave 5/5 because of the extremely beautiful location and the feeling of living in the jungle. The rooms need work. At the very least please clean or replace the very mouldy seal on the fridge door.
