I love every person on the staff, they remember my puppies every time I come in, and they are all genuine about their patients. Prices are very reasonable, too!
All of the staff here are caring, professional and accommodating! Emergency surgery for our dog was done very quickly after Dr Heuring consulted with me about surgery choices with pros and cons presented. I live almost 2 hours away and they did not mind me hanging out at the clinic for the hours it took for the surgery. The follow-up visits were equally pleasant, along with a Saturday emergency visit, which was not a problem for them. I'm a first time puppy owner and when my puppy got sick around midnight, I called Cape Small Animal Clinic and was able to talk to Dr. Brian within a few minutes. He calmed my nerves and assured me my 12 week old Golden Retriever puppy would be fine overnight. I ended up taking him in the next day and the staff and Dr. Brian took great care of him.
