This company ripped me off. Called him for an estimate, came out for an estimate charge me $98. Never told me that there was a charge to come out and give me the estimate. Wanted them to come back and do the work, never did, ripped me off that $98. Never returned my phone calls or texts. Companies like that should not be allowed to exist. Don't use. I think I'll have to report him to the town.

It is a shame things like this happens. we tried helping the customer, visited her house and told her what the problem was but this was not something that we could fix on the spot because it needed planning and getting materials for the repairs. we charge a service fee of $98.00 which covers diagnose fees and salary for the employee which showed there to check the problem and checked everything for her even under a storm but i guess people think we work for free.

Cape plumbing charged me twice and didn't fix the problem. When we called them back they tried to bill us again. Back service all around.

Came out to my home, didn't touch a thing. Told me my water heater had to be replaced. Everyone quoted me $580-650. This guy tells me it's going to be well over $700. When I told him that I couldn't afford it, he tried to charge me $100 just for driving out here. Which I was NOT told on the phone. I have never heard of more than $50 for a service fee when no fee was performed.
