Great building and location!
We have stayed at cape s cape approximately 10 out of the last 20 years. The location can’t be beat even though it’s a little run down. But you can’t find anything at that price on the drive right across from the beach. But this year things changed, doors falling off hinges, air conditioning way too small for the penthouse, no parking for the highest paying apartments.
