"Buyer Beware" if you are buying a boat package from Cape Romain. be sure to check and verify each component you are purchasing. for my wife and I. we purchased a used boat & motor and a new magictilt trailer. we went through the season having loading issues. we put the boat away for the winter. when we brought it out we found several bolts loose and coming out of the trailer. the landing wheel and chains rusted. They say things are “fixed” and they are NOT. Also kept the boat way long than estimated with only fixing maybe 1 out of 3 things. They have had our BRAND NEW boat more than we have been able to take it out. Lots of talk, but they don’t show out for it. Save your time and money and look around before settling with this place
Dropped my boat off three weeks ago and Service Manager Brandon told me they had a three week backlog. Called today and sales manager George actually laughed and told me I had over 28 boats ahead of me (which likely meant another 5-8 weeks). So I had to go pick it up and take it somewhere else, a loss of three weeks due to Brandon deceiving me from the start. He answered all of my questions and gave me more information than I had even thought about asking. He also took me for a test run and even put in a new battery without my asking.
