Someone needs to let the decision makers at the new Cooper health system know that nothing "extraordinary" is going to happen if no one is answering the phone! I tried calling repeatedly all day Thursday to confirm my ultrasound appt. only to be tied up in their phone system every time I attemped to get through to someone! My appt was set by their CAST (Centralized Authorization and Scheduling Team!) and told I would receive a confirmation via text. I never received a confirmation.
