Truly, an awful experience dealing with NP, Avril. Unprofessional, disrespectful of patient’s time, and unconcerned about answering patient care questions. Multiple last minute cancelations, and delays. No return calls. Front office staff totally rude. It was the worst primary care experience I’ve ever had.
Best doctors, friendly staff, nice facility
On multiple occasions the receptionist has been extremely rude and condescending and not helpful at all.
Never go back there again ,they charged me $586 dollars for one visit with blood work,even Blue Cross and Blue Shield couldn’t get over it.They submitted wrong.when I went back to get it straightened out it seemed like nobody cared, I just got the runaround. Never ever go back again!!
It would be hard within the space provided to express my admiration, respect and gratitude I have for their staff. The assistance I received from Amy B. and Colette M. were above and beyond my expectations. Their concern with helping me to get the medical and social assistance I needed for Miss M. a "super senior" was beyond belief. Because they invested a great amount of time to listen, research the many needs and energy to put stay on top of the situation....Miss M. is now stable and can look forward to her 100th birthday!... read more
