I recently had to visit the Emergency Department at this hospital for my daughter, and unfortunately my experience with the nursing staff was very disappointing. During what was already a stressful and vulnerable situation, I found the staff to be lacking in compassion, empathy, and basic communication. We're frequent flyers here...I have to give a special 5 star review for Betty Anne AKA BA in the ER. She handled my dad with most gentle care and disarmed his anger with the best kind of humor and consideration. Thank you for all you do and a special shout-out to BA

If I could give negative stars I would. The absolute worst place to go to for a medical emergency. After waiting for over an hour just for triage and never being seen I went to a different hospital where I was a stroke alert and received the care I desperately needed within 20 minutes. The other hospital was busier and had a higher acuity of patients and handled it all. If you value you or your loved one’s health do not take them here take them anywhere else

They are horrible and inhumane. They're GI and main floor drs are so uneducated , they didnt find the problem that was staring them in the face! Thier ER will watch you cry and be in such horrendous pain and let you sit crying & throwing up from the pain all night! They're physician assistant Kathrine Mcsomething in ER(ill find out) told my daughter she wasnt in pain she was withdrawing! My daughter had an illness that caused her extreme pain and on occasion had to go to ER for IV meds. They treated her as if she was a drug ... read more
