I took my relative for physical therapy. The department is very clean and neat and the employees are knowledgeable and friendly as well as being professional. My relative had a positive experience.
Emergency room reception is rude, as I worried about my son I was pasing,nurse sent security to tell me to sit down, like some ice agents care hasn't gotten better
I tried to call the hospital to be transferred to “gift services” to send my mother flowers and balloons after her hip replacement surgery as I’m 1500 miles away, in Florida. A person by the name of “Mark” who would not give me his last name hung up on me 3 times as he did not like “my tone”… A person with no compassion should not be allowed to work in Health Care as they have no compassion for the sick and suffering nor any concern for the families who actually suffer the most! What a disgrace!
If I could give this a minus I would. I HAD TO PUT A 1 STAR BECAUSE IT DOESN'T LET YOU POST IF IT'S NOT GIVEN A START. They didn't address my husband 's (who passed due to their lack of care) issue until I was demanding that something be done because this was not the way my husband acts the ER doctor asked "WHAT MORE DO YOU WANT ME TO DO" right after that my husband had a rapid response and that is when they finally reacted. They finally put him in ICU and i can't even begin to say how RUDE, LACK OF CARE and LACK OF EMPATHY ... read more
I was in the emergency room on Monday with my daughter for about six hours. We were placed in the hallway on a stretcher because they were so busy. It was humbling and very eye-opening to see each staff member working so tirelessly and compassionately over every single person they came in contact with. I can’t say enough good about the love and kindness we witnessed just being there for that long. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. It means everything!
