One of the worst Urgent Care I ever seen nurse was rude then a diagnosis grandson with ear infection next day took him to the pediatrician she said never had ear infection maybe you guys should learn to do test
If you are sick dont come here everything is viral she will not give you antibiotics.
Very rude in call
Don't be 5 minutes late as a result of bad weather and a car wreck slowing down your commute because they won't see you and will tell you to reschedule. (Drove over from Illinois) Mind you, they can be lax with your time any other time you're early/prompt and not get you in on time. Not pleased from a customer/patient service standpoint.
