Don't be 5 minutes late as a result of bad weather and a car wreck slowing down your commute because they won't see you and will tell you to reschedule. (Drove over from Illinois) Mind you, they can be lax with your time any other time you're early/prompt and not get you in on time. Not pleased from a customer/patient service standpoint.
I've had the same doctor for 14 years because I like this facility that much.
Dr Tobey is the best doctor I've ever had, I adore him. He cares about his patients and he not only takes the time to listen but also gives advice on how to cope with our problems. He could not be a better doctor, he is sincerely wonderful and exceeds every expectation. He is always on time as well which is a big deal to me.
I really miss Dr Tobey and he fired me because I missed 3 times appointments. I have too many Dr appointments that concerns. I was overwhelmed and if Dr Tobey see my chart, he will see how many Dr and appointments I go to. I love Dr Tobey for listen to me and love his jokes. He and my interpreter will always have me but unfortunately I can’t find Do or MD Dr for me . Nurse Practitioner Nichole Huckabee is really very good listening and helpful with concerns my health.
