Had a 10:00 appointment as a new patient.At 10:20 I was told I couldn’t be seen because I was “late.” I asked the girl what she was talking about as I wasn’t late. She went and got the manager Gina, who was hateful, disrespectful and acted as if I was lying about when I arrived.
