Had a 10:00 appointment as a new patient.At 10:20 I was told I couldn’t be seen because I was “late.” I asked the girl what she was talking about as I wasn’t late. She went and got the manager Gina, who was hateful, disrespectful and acted as if I was lying about when I arrived. Dr lee finally was able to read my MRI and do a full neurological exam on me. I am extremely grateful for the help Dr Lee provided me in going over my "urgent abnormal" MRI results with me and the timely manner I was able to be seen in. *I had to see 4 doctors and even a Cape Mercy neurologist before I got to Dr lee! fight for your healthcare. The healthcare system is in dire need of help.
My wife and me are from a town approx 100 miles from Dr.Lees office. Since my wife had a stroke back in April 2023 we make the 200 mile round trip every month. He has always sit down and listened to what we have to say and answered any question that we may have. He is forward and straight to the point. Dr.Lee and his team have always have always been very nice and treated us with respect. Keep up the amazing work!! See you Monday morning at 9:00am! The Crawfords!!
