They have no activities for the kids like horse shoes, etc. instead the kids will go around and knocking on the doors and run. The complex will blame you even though it’s not your fault if there is anything wrong in the apartment.
Cape Morris definitely has the best maintenance lady ever, her name is Debbie . She went above and beyond, she’s extremely polite, and took care of multiple requests and exceeded all expectations! She deserves a raise for how much work she puts in around the complex!
Ms Debi the maintenance lady came and fixed some repairs at my apartment. She was kind and quick she always goes up and beyond with everything she do and does it with a smile I love my home even more thanks to her.
this place is absolutely disgusting and horrible i live in the townhomes and had issues with my washer for a long time before it was fixed, then my water was leaking or something was wrong with it and i wouldn't know because they fixed it while i was gone at work and then proceeded to tell me no one had to fix anything because there was nothing wrong with it but my water bill was going from 400 dollars to 100 but "nobody fixed it". People selling drugs all over the place, trash everywhere, people park in front of your house ... read more
This place is getting worse and worse living here for 6y don't move here and found a better place where they are not kids kicking the damn door at 12 at night or throwing garbage at your door this place they really don't care about cleaning unless u tell them 💀
