Very nice and relaxing ride! Gizmo did a great job!
Maybe it was cold, maybe we arrived just on time, but we didn't feel like we were welcomed guests. We couldn't hear the driver and she couldn't hear us though we tried multiple times to engage with her. I think an introduction at first would have been lovely. The history we did hear was great. The carriage was decorated beautifully. I would be willing to try it again and hope to walk away with a different feeling, maybe in the summer.

Had horrible customer service from the company tonight. We followed instructions to make a reservation and when we arrived early we were told we should have called a second time. This is unacceptable as far as customer service is concerned. Especially for repeat customers. We will never be using the carriage company again.
