I really don’t know what has happened to this business. It’s been around since 2020, and it used to be a place I could rely on. Now, I’m not sure if it’s management, lack of training, or just a loss of respect and responsibility but the quality has seriously declined. I would not recommend coming here right now. You will likely be disappointed. The vacuum machines barely work, and some don’t even have proper attachments. I spent nearly an hour just trying to vacuum one side of my car. Very good customer service and excellent cleaning of my car
Quick, easy, no line. My bike rack hitch was no problem for this drive thru. Car is clean less than 20 minutes after my car was turned away from another car wash.
Great employees - Newer equipment that is maintained - overpriced - closed without notice at times As a Platinum monthly package member, I expected more from Cape May Car Wash. For the hefty monthly fee, a drive-through wash, a damp rag wipe down, and a quick tire shine feel insufficient.
