Great employees - Newer equipment that is maintained - Well beyond overpriced As a Platinum monthly package member, I expected more from Cape May Car Wash. For the hefty monthly fee, a drive-through wash, a damp rag wipe down, and a quick tire shine feel insufficient. While the free vacuum use is a nice perk, the goal of a monthly plan should be to save time and reduce effort—but I don’t feel that’s happening here. Used there car wash to wash my truck, complete waster of money. Missed they entire center of my hood and roof. The brushes that wash this area never came down. Would not recommend
Clean fast polite
Is my car cleaner? Yes! Are there still water spots? Yes. The front end service is always friendly. Today, the drive-up payment kiosk was out of service so I paid a staff member who brought my card to my window when it was already soaped. The free vacuum is a plus but $17 is expensive for a basic wash. I had a better experience this spring before Memorial Day and will return after Labor Day to see if the off-season experience improved.
Horrible job the two gentlemen that took care of the car at the enterance did a great job!! The 2 kids at end did less then a half-ass job left water spots all over car and rags must have been dirty! The one who did the tire shine did absolutely nothing!
