Quick, easy, no line. My bike rack hitch was no problem for this drive thru. Car is clean less than 20 minutes after my car was turned away from another car wash.
Great employees - Newer equipment that is maintained - overpriced - closed without notice at times As a Platinum monthly package member, I expected more from Cape May Car Wash. For the hefty monthly fee, a drive-through wash, a damp rag wipe down, and a quick tire shine feel insufficient. While the free vacuum use is a nice perk, the goal of a monthly plan should be to save time and reduce effort—but I don’t feel that’s happening here. I went through the car wash this morning - and came out with soap suds on my back window and the back of my car - for a $21 wash! The attendant at the end was very helpful and wiped the car down, but really?????
The car wash is horrible. The wash doesn’t wash the whole car. Stops about halfway down the vehicle The back half of the car is covered with soapy water when you pull out. Most of the free vacuums don’t work and haven’t for a while. Definitely not to the “Kindle” level of operation. Thinking of canceling my membership.
