Wow — I’ve lived here for two years and it just keeps getting better! The staff is amazing — Nelson, Robert, Laura, and debbie the entire maintenance team go above and beyond. The property is always clean, the grounds are beautiful, and the amenities are well kept. It’s quiet, right by the lake, close to great schools, malls, and freeways — truly an ideal place to live. I’m so happy here and definitely see myself staying long term!
Leaving a review strictly for Nelson! We’re considering moving to Cape May so I’m not sure about what living there is like. But if the leasing team is any indication, I think we’d love living here. Thank you, Nelson! :)
My experience here has been absolutely wonderful! I recently moved in, and the transition was super smooth. The office staff has been friendly and helpful every step of the way, and even small things—like a quick maintenance request—were taken care of right away. I really love my apartment and the whole community. It already feels like home. 10 out of 10, would totally recommend!
I recently toured Cape May and was immediately impressed by the peaceful, welcoming vibe of the community. Laura, the Community Manager, was wonderful—professional, approachable, and genuinely helpful throughout the tour. The apartment was clean, well-kept, and had a cozy, comfortable feel.
