The community has been steadily improving over the course of the last year. We love the location. 5-stars for Sergio from the Maintenance team he is fabulous! Thanks for all you do to keep our apartment functional for us, we appreciate you Sergio!
I highly recommend these apartments! I have lived in this beautiful, family-friendly community for over 10 years. There are many gorgeous green spaces and family activities for both children and adults. We have a clubhouse and the Lighthouse, making it a wonderful place to live. I especially want to recognize our manager, Laura, who does an excellent job alongside her team in the office. If it were up to me, I would stay here for life! This place is great to live at! The maintenance team is professional and fix anything they can same day from my experiences. Sergio is a great communicator and has been very professional while helping us with our water heater!
The Cape May at Harveston Apartments are absolutely beautiful. I just toured the complex recently and fell in love with the location and community. They offer townhomes that are very spacious, clean, and have amazing finishes. The team members are friendly and helpful. I can't wait to make this my new home.
The apartment is great! Janelle (office staff) helped us move in and she was amazing every step of the way! Sergio (maintenance staff) has been very nice and helpful during our time here. Five stars to them both! The only reason its not getting a 5 star is because of the manager. We have had to speak with her once about an issue and she could care less about what we were saying. She kept cutting us off and speaking to us like we were children. If it wasn't for her, we would continue to rent here. She needs to find another ca... read more
