The staff at Cape & Islands Tire - Orleans were awesome! Ronnie, the Technician was professional, fast and explained the process on the swap out of the wheels (rear) on my RV.
Re: PO Number Brad Entered by Correia 1 Derek 1 (as stated on the invoice #F-85650) This morning I arrived at Orleans Cape and Island Tire just after 7:30. I noticed two vehicles in front of me which meant I would be third in line. About 10 min. Before they opened a car drove in and parked beside me. The guy clearly saw me and walked to the door. Courteous and professional. I got a flat tire unexpectedly. It didn't make sense to replace just two tires given the mileage on the old tires, so I asked the David and Matt to replace all four tires. Got all four tires replaced in less than 24 hours and the car is ready for the winter.
Came in this morning with a nail in my tire on the first day of vacation which was such a bummer. They were able to put the spare on and get me on my way within a half hour. Matt was extremely helpful and kind at the front. The rest of the guys were also great. Definitely go to them with all of your tire needs in the Orleans area.
Go here FIRST ! We had an issue with one of our tires on vacation - I went to six places before here - no one had time for help me. Thankfully I ended up here. They were kind, helpful, and willing to take me right in. They did it quicker and cheaper than I had even hoped. The service center and bathrooms were clean and well cared for, there was coffee, and the workers were extremely helpful and courteous. If I am ever in need again - I will most certainly go here first and only. Thankful for this place today !
