Not sure what's up with the negative reviews. I had a slow leak from my valve stem. Turns out that I loosened it last time I used my auto-deflators. They didn't charge me to tighten it and sent me on my way. I'd definitely come back for tire service because they could have fabricated that I needed parts or something but were honest instead.
They Stripped the lug nuts on my car and could not mount the new tire I purchased from them. Did not offer and refund on the lug nuts. Had to take car to dealer who managed to get the wheel off. Terrible experience.
These guys helped me out in a pinch my caps were seized on my back tires from the salt when I was trying to air down for the dunes. Thought I was going to have to replace them but they took care of it swiftly! Thanks fellas!
Great service difficult project got me in right at eight and got it done within an hour or two.
I had a flat tire the Friday afternoon before a long holiday weekend. I called Cape & Islands Tire, and they told me to bring the car in. “First come, first served.” I waited less than a half hour, then they only took 15 minutes to repair my tire. No hassle. No pressure to buy a new tire. Very straightforward, and a very reasonable price. I will definitely consider them the next time I need new tires.
