They are so kind and caring about all my animals and my concerns. CHVA is never belittled me on how I care for my animals but instead offer polite suggestions on how to improve not only their health but also their trainings in obedience. They also never force the optional vaccines on me But do educate in the benefits of these vaccines and if I decline there is no judgement on me for and they have various payment options for me
