I had a great visit with Dr. McCarrick, who was very detailed and knowledgeable. However, I received a follow-up phone call from a "Crystal" who had an extremely insulting and condescending attitude. I would highly recommend that the management consider making some personnel changes. At a minimum, she is in dire need of some customer service training. I would like to continue seeing Dr. McCarrick but I cannot make myself frequent a provider with such a coarsely rude staff member!
