This place is absolutely unprofessional. I waited today for an hour and a half for my daughter to be seen and she never got seen. I got up 3 times to see how much longer the wait would be, and they kept saying “just a few more minutes”. People were coming in after us and got seen before us. The people in the front desk are extremely rude and don’t know how to deal with customers/patients. If I could rate this place a negative 10, I would. My son had an 8’clock appointment this morning. We waited a whole hour and still didn’t get seen. The nurse didn’t come in the room checking on us nor did she explain why there was a long wait. She didn’t even notify us that the doctor wasn’t even in the building when she brought us to the back. The only reason why I knew Dr. Ali wasn’t in the building because I overheard the staff talking about texting/calling him to see where he’s at.
