RecommendedI've been going here since 1998. I absolutely love my Doctor who is Dr. Sampson and her Nurse Fe. They have always been kind, prompt and efficient. I trust her judgement and when its not busy rush, rush she actually takes the time to discuss options and concerns with you. She is truthful and tactful. A great family physician.
Big thanks to Cape Fear Valley Hoke County Emergency Care for their awesome team and their help with reliving my 4 week pain! I had a tooth extraction go wrong and have been in constant pain for weeks. Went there last night and was counseled and given the correct medicine that has relived all of my pain. Thank you sooo much!
The people in that office are very rude! No one follows up on phone calls. You can only communicate via their answering service which they are incompetent. I don't think my message was ever passed on to the nurse or provider. The young lady who answered the call was extremely rude and never had a pleasant tone. This is my first and last year going to this office. I was told there were 2 doctors in that office are good. I will tell you my encounter with one wasn't pleasant at all. So today I was in the ER for pregnancy complications. It turned out.... I had a miscarriage. I started bleeding WHILE my doctor was doing the exam. It was really sad but the staff was literally the very best. They were all awesome but the doctor was my fave I so wish I could remember her name but it’s been a rough day. I've been a patient of Fayetteville Family Medicine for a lot of years. I love Dr. Mitchell and the staff has always been good to me. Excellent lab, front desk, nurses- all of it. Until today. I went to Urgent Care side and had the misfortune of having to see Dr. Vogelsang. He talked down to me, never made eye contact, and berated me over and over about my medical issues. He came across as an ass. PS:. Dr. Mitchell is awesome. vh
Don’t know to many doctor offices that make you wait till your 36/37 weeks to be pulled for maternity leave and then don’t remember why they order ultrasounds every week wish I would have looked around for other doctors offices
