Highly recommend cape fear valley ob gyn, they go above and beyond for patients and made me feel comfortable for my first visit here as a patient. Doctors were very informative and really took the time for my concerns. Thank you cape fear valley ob gyn!
Been with them the last two pregnancies. Yes things have changed in the office as any place would to better serve their patients. You cannot expect instant service when you check in every time because they do have emergencies come up or a doctor has to be called to the hospital. People who don’t understand that are quick to say they don’t care about them. I have never been in there and not felt cared for or heard when I had a concern. Scheduled my appointment for Tuesday @11, came in on Tuesday @11 to be told that my appointment was next Tuesday @11. Left irritated and came back the next Tuesday @11 to be told my appointment was @10:15 and I missed it. I have a class @10:30 so I know I didn’t schedule it for that time. Don’t even get me started on the waiting time.

I got so fed up I finally walked out and it wasn’t the overflowing trash or the fact that I had waited over an hour for my appointment it was the fact that I could hear the other patients information and the doctors speaking about it to the nurses outside of my room to the extent that I know who was getting a boil lanced today I even took video because of how disgraceful it is I’m curious who could I contact about HEPA laws not being followed sanitation issues and time management
This OB SUCKKKSSS ! They are rude , they dont care about there patients , there slow , and now that they raised the baby boys bug snip to almost 400$ there rip offs ..... I HATE this ob !! I went there with my first son and it was never just a pleasnt experience . started there with my second and switched once they actully thought I was dumb enough to pay that price to have a piece of skin snipped of my son . I will say I am openly disappointed on every level and I'm not even the patient. my wife and I have run into every issue previously stated by others to include: delayed appointments, doctor actually confused her medication and was very rude and judgmental with her lovely high heels on. Being a concerned first time parent I am left with unanswered questions, more headache and of course much more stress... if this is the care all of these women are receiving than something is wrong and this needs to be addressed and remedied. ... read more
