I don’t care what they say about Cape Fear Valley Hospital. My mom and I experience was awesome. My mom was staying on the Dementia/placement floor on the 3rd Floor Northside. My mom was treated with dignity and respect. There was only one LPN/Nurse I had an issue with. That was an easy fix. Everybody that came in contact with her treated her like she was family. From the food server that were bringing her a tray 3X a day to the Nurses/LPN and the hardest working people the CNA’s that were doing things that they couldn’t pay... read more
I get all my meds there at the pharmacy. The staff is always friendly yet professional, very prompt, and answers any questions that I may have. Facility is clean, great prices on OTC items that are much more affordable than traditional pharmacies or even Walmart. I always enjoy their excellent service but the staff is so friendly and always helpful. I recommend to my friends to visit the pharmacy for excellent service. I have a Maxton address but prefer this pharmacy over any local pharmacies closer to my home or in Pembroke... read more
I was at short stay for outpatient surgery. I was extremely surprised the nurse and staff were amazing. From the moment I walked in the door they were kind and patient and they informed my about everything a few times. I was amazed to see the difference. They were awesome continue with the excellent job. 🙏❤️
The ER attending Doctor was the only person who treated us horribly about my daughters Type 1 diabetes to the point a pharmacist had to apologize for the doctors stupidity
