The nurses and cnas were rude and unhelpful. Their bedside manner was terrible and they spoke to me as is if I was bothering them. Their bedside manner care manager Brandy was rude and a liar. I had to call my insurance company myself to get the help I needed. I had to find my own rehabilitation center. Dr. Pai was also rude and only repeated what care manager stated.
