This is the absolute worst hospital EVER!!!
My sister passed away at this hospital in March of 2025. I had many questions. Upon asking those questions, I was ignored. I wrote a 2-page letter to CEO explaining situation and requesting a call/letter/email/etc. Nothing. I feel sorry for people in Fayetteville who have no choice and have to go here.
i have only wonderful things to say about Cape Fear Valley from my stay in the ER at the Hoke facility to the ER at the main facility to my stay in ICU to the main hospital. Everything was absolutely wonderful!
Great Experience at 2nd floor Cardiology (Pavlion) It's been so wonderful and if I could give it more stars, I would! The nurses and the staff are extraordinary. Mr Cory, Ms.Jennifer, Ms.Sandra, Ms.Trina, Ms.amber. Their empathy and consideration for patients and their families is excellent.
