Had my mammagram done at Hoke for the first time. The staff was super nice. The tech, Teresa has been doing this for 30+ years and it showed. I loved the pink ribbon she wore and the pink gown was warm. Thanks for a friendly and easy mammagram. Please thank Ms Teresa for her service.
This place can have absolutely no one but you and make you wait over 4 hours because they have to “clean rooms” “don’t have a waiting time” yet you WAIT for hours any time you visit arrive IN PAIN and not once ounce of medication is even given to try and bring pain levels down despite the complaints made and blood pressure being high GAVE A MEDICATION THAT CAUSED AN ALLERGIC REACTION yet make someone wait hours yet again after a patients comes in informing you of that This is ridiculous terrible all around hate getting my ho... read more
Fast service and friendly staff
They never send you your results, but don’t worry they still bill you and your insurance for it. Refuse to speak with you on the phone if you aren’t a doctor. They won’t give you a copy of YOUR medical records. Sounds an awful lot like fraud!!
