I recently underwent hip replacement surgery at Cape Fear Hoke Hospital. Although the surgery, recovery, and therapy were challenging, I want to sincerely commend the incredible staff who cared for me during my stay. Currently have been in the waiting room for 6.5 hours, bleeding heavily, and have been on the receiving end of so much attitude from the front desk staff. I’m SO sorry that I interrupted your chat with the security officer but your extremely loud laughter and complaints that “it’s Monday”… like my whole body is on fire and y’all are more concerned about your chit chat.

I checked in at 3 pm letting it be known that I was in a car accident Saturday (today’s Monday). I waited to come because I just loss a family member and we are planning a funeral. So it was a lot to digest in between. However, I am in extreme pain. My head, neck, and back pains are growing Profusely. I had to have surgery last Thursday. When I say from the security guard at the front to the receptionist the nurses anesthesiologist The nurse anesthesia where all awesome people very professional the waiting room was very clean the bathroom was very clean. I think my nurses name was David they were all very patient with me trying to get a IV I’m an extremely hard stick thanks to chemotherapy. Don't ever go their OBGYN!!! It was the most painful horrible experience of my life. I have left messages for the results of my pap and no one has returned my phone calls or messages. Worst experience ever DO NOT GO THERE!!!!!!
