Radiology tech was great. However, the female answering the phone to make an appointment, sounded bored & incompetent, IMO. 4.5 minutes of her heavy mouth breathing, without speaking, had me almost convinced that she was having a medical emergency. They should hire people who appreciate their jobs. This female truly sounded like I was imposing on her nap. Do better.
Had my mammagram done at Hoke for the first time. The staff was super nice. The tech, Teresa has been doing this for 30+ years and it showed. I loved the pink ribbon she wore and the pink gown was warm. Thanks for a friendly and easy mammagram. Please thank Ms Teresa for her service.
