There shouldn't be a reason why a human being needs to wait 5hrs+ to be seen! Even in 3rd world countries this dosen’t happen! Average wait time in U.S is 2 hrs 30 min wait time! The only reason im giving the extra star is the front staff are very nice and polite!
My husband came is with shingles hurting and n pain and a messed up back and they kept pushing his chart back farther and farther its not right do better please. I seen three different ppl come n nothing wrong talking chilling but my husband was made to wait.
Thank you Hoke County for your urgency and dedication to getting patients seen and taken care of in a timely manner!!! I had to drive from Fayetteville to come here because Cape Fear Valley Medical Center had me waiting 12hrs to NEVER be seen and to NEVER be told when I would be seen! As soon as I walked in here within 13 minutes I was being called to the back! The definition of Emergency! Thank you Hoke for your timely response to the needs of our community!!!!! I would like to send a huge thank you to the emergency room staff that worked with Dr. Burgess on 6/1/2025. They were amazing!! I have to acknowledge Dr. Burgess, his bed side manner was so kind sincere. He took his time and spoke with my mother, not using medical terminology, but speaking to her so that she could understand all he said. Even though they were extremely busy, he made his rounds and showed that he cared. Everyone was just so amazing.
