Great personable doctor who really spoke to me and cared what my problems were
Everyone here is friendly and professional. I received excellent care from Dr. Evans, and his nurse.
My experience on my appointment was a very pleasant and enjoyable one. Staff is very kind and pleasant as well my attending doctor.
Love the Dr. he was very knowledgeable and give me a lot of options for my foot pain. I hope Dr. Evans keeps coming to Elizabethtown, I would definitely go to him if I continue to have pain or with any other issues with my feet or ankles.
